By placing an order with shopify store (tights & socks), you agree to the following Return & Refund Policy.
Returns & Exchanges Window
We accept return or exchange requests within 24 hours of confirmed delivery only.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be returned in brand-new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and resellable condition, exactly as originally received.
Returned items must include:
Original packaging
Original tags and labels attached
No stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, perfume, smoke, or dirt
No signs of wear, washing, stretching, or damage
No missing parts or accessories
Any item returned in damaged, worn, altered, dirty, or unsellable condition will be rejected and no refund or exchange will be issued.Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To protect both the customer and our business from fraudulent claims, a clear, continuous video recording of the package opening (unboxing) is required for all return, damage, defect, missing item, or incorrect item claims.
The video must:
Start before the package is opened
Clearly show the shipping label and unopened package
Continue without cuts or edits
Clearly show the condition of the item upon opening
Photos alone are not sufficient proof.Claims submitted without proper unboxing video evidence may be denied.
Return Packaging Video Requirement
Customers must also provide a clear video recording of the repackaging process when returning or exchanging an item.
The video must show:
The exact item being returned
Its condition before packaging
The packaging process
The final sealed package
This requirement helps prevent item switching, fraudulent returns, and shipping disputes.Return Shipping Costs
Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged return shipments.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns for reasons other than seller error are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
The restocking fee covers:
Inspection
Processing
Payment processing fees
Repackaging and handling costs
The exact fee may vary depending on the condition of the returned item.Exchanges
If the item arrives defective or incorrect, and valid unboxing video proof is provided, we may offer an exchange at our discretion.
In approved defect or seller-error cases:
We will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item only
Customer remains responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated
Return shipping costs for allegedly defective or damaged items must initially be paid by the customer. Shipping reimbursement may be issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to qualify as a verified defect or seller error. We reserve the right to deny reimbursement if the item does not meet our return eligibility requirements.
We reserve the right to determine whether an item qualifies as defective.
Minor variations in color, texture, sizing, or appearance caused by lighting, screens, handmade production, or manufacturing are not considered defects.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
Used or worn items
Damaged or altered items
Items without tags or original packaging
Items returned after the allowed return period
Claims without required video evidence
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect size selection by customer
Refused deliveries
Packages damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging
Chargebacks & Fraud ProtectionFraudulent chargebacks, item switching, false claims, or abuse of our return system will be documented and disputed with all available evidence, including shipping records, packaging records, photos, and video documentation.
We reserve the right to refuse future service to customers suspected of abuse or fraud.
